'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani' actress Evelyn Sharma Confirms Separation from Tushaan Bhindi; Says Will Co-Parent Kids

Mumbai: Bollywood actress Evelyn Sharma, who gained recognition for her bubbly performance in the film 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani', has come under the spotlight for her love life. The actress and her  husband Tushaan Bhindi, who is an Indo-Australian dental surgeon, have decided to part ways after five years of marriage. 

Who confirmed about the separation?

The 'Yaariyaan' actress herself confirmed that they are no longer together as a married couple, but will always stand together for their children.

The actress recently revealed to the media that although they are parting ways romantically, there is no bitterness between them. 

Evelyn said, "Yes, we have decided to go separate ways romantically but are very focused on raising our children together. We would appreciate privacy and assure that this is as amicable as it can be. We are building this new chapter on a lifelong friendship and co-parenting.”

The actress also appealed for respect for their privacy during this difficult time.

How did this love story begin?

Evelyn and Tushaan met in 2018 on a blind date arranged by a close friend. Tushaan Bhindi is a successful surgeon in Sydney, Australia. After a year of dating, Tushaan proposed to Evelyn during a romantic dinner near the Sydney Harbour Bridge. In 2021, they married in a very private ceremony in Brisbane.

Does the couple has kids?

After their marriage, Evelyn settled in Sydney. The couple has two children: a daughter named Ava Rania Bhindi, who was born in November 2021, and a son named  Arden, who was born in 2023. 

The actress often share happy photos with her family and children on social media.

Evelyn Sharma has appeared in many Bollywood films such as "Nautanki Saala," "Yaariyan," "Main Tera Hero," and "Hindi Medium" and many more. She gained popularity for her role as Lara in the Ranbir Kapoor-starrer "Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani." She was last seen in the big-budget film "Saaho," starring Prabhas.
