The government plans to provide workers with facilities related to digital services, housing, health and skill development on a single platform. Under this, 'Digital Labor Chowk' app will be launched and a new website of BOCW Board will also be launched so that workers can get easy access to government schemes.
There are preparations to set up new labor centers in Balrampur, Jhansi and Gonda. Through these centres, training, employment and other necessary services will be provided to the workers so that they do not have to wander to different places.

Hostels and residential plots will also be provided for workers in industrial areas so that the problem of living can be reduced.
The government has also laid special emphasis on the education of children from labor families. Meritorious students will be given tablets so that they can connect with digital education. Besides, efforts will be made to make the workers more competent in their work by giving them toolkits and certificates.
Skill development and labor facility centers will be expanded with the cooperation of Tata Group. Apart from this, CSR funds will also be used to strengthen health services so that the scope of facilities can be further expanded.
