Actor and comedian Kapil Sharma expressed his dissatisfaction with IndiGo Airlines following a delay on his flight, on Wednesday. Sharma said on social media X that he and his fellow passengers were left waiting for information regarding their journey for about an hour while stuck in a transit vehicle. Sharma claims that the airline claimed that the pilot was delayed because of traffic.
The comedian posted on X,"Dear @IndiGo6E first you made us wait in the bus for 50 minz, and now your team is saying pilot is stuck in traffic, what ? Really ? we supposed to take off by 8 pm n itโs 9:20, still there is no pilot in cockpit, do you think these 180 passengers will fly in indigo again ? Never ๐ #indigo 6E 5149 #shameless"
A few minutes later, Kapil Sharma added, โNow they r de boarding all the passengers n saying we will send you in another aircraft but again we have to go back to terminal for security check ๐๐๐๐๐ #indigo๐โ.
in the most recent follow up post, the comedian said,"People r suffering bcoz of you @IndiGo6E lying lying n lying, there r some old passengers on wheel chairs, not in a very good health condition. Shame on you #indigo ๐"
While IndiGo claims to be "committed to being on time," there have been times in the past when the airline has experienced persistent delays in its flights.
